Is It Necessary To Take Corion 5000iu For Follicular Rupture?

hi, m 25 yrs old. i went thru follicular USG on 7th day my size was19, on 9th day it was 19 n on 11th day it was 23 with endometrium 9.3. doctor advised me to take corion 5000/ huCO9 5000 for follicular rupture. is it necessary to take the injection or i should wait for natural rupture? please advice

Hello dear,welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.In my opinion the chorion injection might be necessary in your case.Because usually ovulation occurs when follicle size comes upto 20 mm.As it is 23 mm and still no ovulation it might be provoked by injection.So dont worry go on with treatment.Success rates will be good with chorin injection.
