Is It Necessary To Operate Multiple Hypoechoic Lesion In Both Uterine Wall?
hi;i am 35yrs old.i got my ultra sound report its shows multiple hypoechoic lesion in both uterine wall the largest in the fundus 1.4x1.2cm,in the posterior wall 1x0.90cm my question is it necessary to get operated.my weight 77kg, height 161cm.my medical history is i am hypothyroidism last 3yrs.
