Is It Harmful To Take Xanax Twice At The Same Time?
my wife takes xanax .05 mg prn. She accidentally took 2 at once thinking she was taking her usual meds when she took the second one. I know they prescribe higher doses at times so will this hurt her as long as she does not take another one for at least 8 hours?

taking xanax 0.5mg twice the recommended dose only once doesn't hurt her much.
But in some rare cases symptoms like headache, dry mouth, constipation had been reported that too when they take 4 times the recommend dose.
It is better to take the medicine and make a note of it to remember.
