Paint spray sometimes contain lead that can be harmful to health of painters over long term exposure. As you have been exposed to this spray only this time and this is not a day-to-day experience to you, it may not cause any harm to you and your body will cope up with the small amount of inhaled spray without severe consequences. If you start feeling too much burning or irritation in your nose, rashes over body, dizziness and confusion, vomiting, diarrhea etc., then seeking emergency care is necessary as these are symptoms of acute spray poisoning. In future, I would advise you to wear a mask and gloves while doing such jobs that can decrease your exposure to harmful chemicals and do it in the ventilated area if possible.
