Is It Fine To Do Physical Training With A Bone Bruise?

Hi..I had a bone bruise on my leg/shin(not..too bad) after muay thai practice, for the past three weeks.Its nearly gone but, I want to know is it ok to run now or should I wait another week.There really is close to no pain.I only have a tiny bump now.not that noticable.

since its been three weeks already and your pain has also almost gone you can start with your activities. but please remember you should start slow and gradually increase your level of activities and watch for pain. if pain comes again, you 'll still need more rest. if it doesn't you can happily run.
