Psychiatrist 's  Response
Dear Madam / Sir

If the diagnosis is conformed then better take adequate treatment as it may worsen over time and often causes agoraphobia. Consult qualified psychiatrist and discuss that it is depression with panic symptoms or depression and panic are occurring interdependently as treatment may vary. Both medical and non medical treatment option are available and choose them. Usually combination is better then alone.

Hope you will recover soon.

Sounds like menopause to me :I the older you get the more heat flashes you have... My brother has panic disorder too... I was diagnosed with scoliosis... I suffer from depression but I draw to keep my mind off of things.. So I don't think its stress Menopause is natural and its just a sign that you're getting older.
