Is It Due To Lipomas There Is 30 To 50 Nodules On Thigh,back And Rib Area?
Dear Dr. I have 30 to 50 subcutaneous nodules on my thighs, back, ribs and arms. Can a Dr. tell if they are on nerves and would they be in a row as in you run your hand in a straight line from one and find another one and then another spaced apart. I also had one on each breast in the exact spot on both sides and I had one removed as well as 2 from my back. The report came back as lipomas. Do they both form on the nerves only?

Looking at the description given by you I feel it is a Neurofibroma and not a lipoma.
Lipoma can form anywhere in the body but a neurofibroma forms only on the nerves .
There is no medicines which can help you only surgical excision that too if it is causing disfigurement or pain or restriction on movements.
