Is It Due To Cow's Milk Or MMR Vaccination That My Child Is Passing Green Semi Solid Poops With Black Spots ?

My one year old son has had dark green semi-solid poops with black rasin-sized spots for the last 3 days. Oone week ago my wife stopped nursing and we switched to ciw milk. Four days ago, our son had MMR vaccine . could the poop be explained by the cow milk or vaccine? Besides the change in poop, he is completely healrhy. Should I be worried? Go to doctor immediately?

it is allergy to cow milk stop top milk,nurese mother milk,or zerolac powder.
