Is It Due To Naproxen The THC Is Tested Positive?

My husband had a random drug screen at work yesterday mid morning and tested positive for THC. He then went to his Dr.s office and had another urine drug screen ran a few hours later in the afternoon and it came back negative. Is this possible since he takes Naproxen 500mg in the morning? He has been suspended from work and does not use Marijuana. Will the drug testing company be able to determine if it was positive from the Naproxen and not Marijuana

false positives occur. BUT a more accurate and more expensive test doesn't have false positives. We do a QUANTITATIVE measurement of the active ingredient in marijuana if someone tests positive and that is not likely to be positive (unless they mix up the sample).
