It might cause a significant drop in your blood sugar and hypoglycemia. This would happen soon since it's fast acting. Eat some food to counteract it right now. Carbohydrates and also some protein. Be aware of the symptoms of hypoglycemia and treat accordingly. Getting some carbohydrates into your system right away should help your blood sugar to remain at a normal level. Hope this helps.
