Is It Dangerous To Have White Circular Bumps On Feet?

I have some white circular bumps on the bottoms of my feet that seem to be under the skin. I noticed the first one months ago and since then, more have been popping up. When I walk, they are painful. and I don t know what they are, how they got there, and what to do to fix this.

Hello
It seems that you got corn or wart over sole
Press and pinch it , if it pains more on pressure than it is likly to be corn and if it pains more on pinch than it is more likly to be wart. Skin markings are preserved over corn but absent over wart .

Corn - is a callosity developed over sole developed over sole due to chronic constant pressure over sole over a period of time.
Treatmemt - get paring done by a dermatologist and wear soft footwears

Wart - it is a viral infection due to human papilloma virus
Teatment - get paring followed by electrocautery or cryotherapy done by dermatologist
