Is It Dangerous To Have Hernia, Diabetes And Blood Pressure?

sir my grand mother her age is 70 year but now she suffer from hernia in left side with 5cm gape and also she has diabetis about 200 . and suffer from B.P problem dr.jitu patel advise operative cases.but its dangerous so what to do.

Hello,
Good day.
Hernia may become worse later and as time passes, this age become risky for operation later. Best is to do surgery now. Diabetes can be controlled with medicines and Insulin and opeartion can be done atleast 10 days after good diabetes control. BP also should be controlled adequately to around 140/80 mm hg before surgery.
