Is It Dangerous To Have Abortion When Having Bacterial Vaginosis?
i had an abortion 4 days ago and told the doctor i have Bacterial vaginosis (bv) and they told me its ok to have the abortion. now i read online that its dangerous to have an abortion with bv that it puts me at high risk for Pelvic inflammatory disease (pid) i am now having mild pain in my lower stomach for 2 days. should i be worried?? and what should i do??

PID is a possibility due to transfer of infection. But chances are less. However, a course of antibiotics should have been given to you after the abortion. That should take care of the impending infection. Pain could be due to the abortion. You can take any painkiller for that. If it continues, see your gynecologist.
