today i removed tampon and a large lump of white flesh fell out. i am on the pill. this wasn t a blood clot. what is it?

This kind of dischrge from the uterus is seen in a miscarriage/abortion. You should visit a gynaecologist for an examination. If it was an incomplete abortion , it has to be complete, as there may be some mass remaining in the uterus.
