Hello reshma;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
As your son has increased frequency of urine he is suffering from UTI.Zanocin(ofloxacin ) is a broad spectrm antibiotic frequently used in cases of UTI so it is correct.The dosage of medicine is according to body weight so even your doctor might have prescribed according to the body weight & severity of infection .Please continue as advised & your son should be fine .
Wishing him a speedy recovery.
Thanks
