General Surgeon 's  Response
it's not bad unless you think it is bad

it is bad when you feel guilty about it

be active
have regular exercises ,healthy diets
engage yourself in studies ,sports and read good books .meditate
try to be busy in your activities that you hardly get time to do it
and if you do it don't think bad about it

Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Ram Mani Bhandari's  Response
welcome to healthcaremagic

It is completely natural for humans to want to pleasure themselves. There is nothing wrong or shameful about it.Masturbation will not harm you, but frequent orgasms can deplete your energy.
Please Have an alternative plan. It is important to have a plan of something else to do when the temptation to masturbate becomes too much. Masturbation thoughts can be broken by snapping a rubber band.
