Is It Advisable To Start Fluconazole After Missing Dose Of Secnidazole?

I am pregnant and receiving treatment for a vaginal infection. My partner was also given treatment with secnidazole 1 gram daily for 2 days and fluconazole 150 mg once. He took the secnidazole incorrectly a week ago (500 mg in the morning and evening of the 1st day and 1 gram the 2nd day) and has not yet taken the fluconazole. If he takes the fluconazole now, will that be sufficient treatment or should he start over? Thank you!
