Although vapourizer can have lesser ill effect over the tissues but you should also avoid it to prevent side effects.. In case if there is pain you can take a combination of anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen or Naproxen along with muscle relaxants like Tizanidine for pain relief.. Do warm saline gargles..
