Is It A Matter Of Concern If The Child Is Complaining Of Pain In Foot, Chest And Having A Temperature Of 102.1?

My 5yr old just started complaining that the top of her foot hurt (could barely walk) 30 minutes later she complained of severe headache I looked over her nothing visible other than red cheeks, took her temp 102.6 gave ibuprofen 30 minutes later sweating temp 102.1 and she said head felt a little better but her foot still hurt and now her chest hurt too! Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that the child had viral fever, probably chikan gunya, having fever with the pain in the foot, and pain in chest due to the phlegm.
As it is a case of a child, consult a pediatritian for diagnosis and treatment. She may have blood tests to find what type of fever it is, and treat her.
Give her easily digestible foods, milk, etc.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
