Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome!
From the description you made i can say that there may be the high level of TSH that causes high prolactin and galactorrhea or there may be 2 different pathologies (thyroid and pituitary pathologies) and should be treated separately.
In these cases is suggested to start the treatment and correct the TSH level at first and after 6 weeks if the TSH level is corrected and the prolactin level persists high than an MRI of the pituitary gland is recommended.
Both of the diseases (if confirmed) in most of the cases can be treated and not cause serious problems.
Hope i have clarified your queries.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
