Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
No irregular usage of oral contraceptives is not safe as it may cause in-effectiveness of them leading to unwanted pregnancy. Irregular use means missing one or more pills or taking them at different times of a day.
Femilon is a combined contraceptive which contains hormone progesterone & estrogen in a very small dose. These pills should be taken once daily at approximately same time of day for 21 days & then stoppage of pills for 7 days. In these 7 days you will have your periods.
All 21 pills are the same. Numbering of pills is mentioned to help you in remembering to take a pill daily. If you took 12th pill on 10th day & 10th pill on 12 day, this will not cause any problem as long as you took them daily. Also effectiveness of pills will not change.

Don't worry you would be fine
