welcome to Health care magic.
1.It is a serious issue with regards with conceiving / getting pregnant and maintaining till term. But not a life threatening.
2.Retroflexed uterus is one of the variations of lie of uterus - you don't have to worry with it.
3.Thickened endometrium - might be a collection / gestational sac ( as your report not saying anything about it)
4.It is serious if you want to conceive, as possibilities of miscarriages are more.
5.If you are pregnant now, monitor it with great attention, good rest and followup.
6.If you are not pregnant now, then see your doctor and get treatment for fibroids (initially tried with hormonal treatment then operative) once its done you can plan to conceive.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
