You have not mentioned how long back you had the fracture and whether plaster was applied or internal fixation was done.
Of course you can have intercourse, if you are fine and feel like doing it.
If you do not have pain in the region, you can certainly engage in intercourse, taking care not to exert force on the affected bone.
