Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

The few drops of fluid discharge from the penis which you have observed when it is intensely erect is called preseminal fluid. This is not semen or ejaculation and this is absolutely normal

When a male is very sexually aroused and gets a strong erection, often there is a discharge of one or two drops of clear, watery fluid. This is what would have caused the wetness in your underpants. This is meant for lubrication of the penis during sexual intercourse. Once the penis is further stimulated by intercourse or masturbation, then ejaculation of semen happens during orgasm. So, having a preseminal fluid discharge is a normal physiological phenomenon and you don't have to worry about this.

Wish you all the best.
