Hello
It appears from your report that you are diabetic with very high glucose levels. Usually the blood glucose levels peak within half an hour to one hour following ingestion of glucose and decreases by second and third hour. Your sugar levels have peaked and are pretty high at the end of first hour. This means it should be brought to normal immediately as prolonged hyperglycemia ( high glucose levels) can lead to complications. I suggest you to follow your doctor's advise. Once it is brought to normal range you would probably require oral medication depending on how you respond.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
