Hello,

Thank you for asking at HCM.

I went through your daughter's history and would like to make suggestions for her as follows:

1. Wheat flour (which is an inhaled substance) allergy does not mean wheat (food) allergy. I would suggest you to test her for wheat allergy separately, if it is negative, she could safely consume wheat.

2. Were I treating her, I would suggest her regular montelukast and levocetirizine for at least 3 months.

3. I would also suggest her regular inhalers like inhaled corticosteroids (low dose) for at least 3 months.

4. In general, I would suggest her to avoid exposure to dusts, smokes and air pollution as much as possible.

5. A healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals will help her in a long run by improving her immunity.

Hope above suggestions will be helpful to her.

Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.

Wish her the best of the health ahead.

Thank you & Regards.
