Is Icy Cold Feeling Caused Due To Nerve Pain?

Hi I have a lot if tension across my shoulders which runs down my left arm...also my left side of my back ...but what worries me is this horrible icy cold feeling from my neck all the way down my left side to my ankle...the rest if my body is fine ...even if I use a blanket the icy feeling does not go away. ...wondering if it's a nerve pain rather than muscular ?

goo day!
History is too vague to be diagnosed. Seek a neurologist and let him decide what it is and what can be done about it.
