Is Ibugesic Plus Syrup Safe For Babies?

Hi; My son is suffering from fever from last night n having seviour cold too from ppast3 day ; his weight is 10.5(1 yr 10 month) n I ve give him d course of metal p n timic about 5ml.... He is not OK with it..some said about ibugesic plus.. Can I start giving ibugesic syrup to my baby... N stop all those syrups which I was giving him bfr... Pl prescribe me which one is d best fr seviour cold .. Thank you

Hello dear,welcome to health care magic forum.
Fever not responding to meftal indicate the need for antibiotics treatment. It is unlikely to respond to antipyretic like ibuprofen alone.
Kindly see your doctor for correct diagnosis and treatment rather than trying ibuprofen. Otherwise infection can progress leading to need for admission and iv antibiotics.
