Is Homeopathic Medicine Recommended For Anal Fistula?

I have been suffering from anal fistula for the past 3 years. I've tried homeopathic treatment (1.5 years) but it is not getting significantly better. I have heard about laser treatment for fistula which is said to better than the regular surgery. Could you confirm the possible superiority of the laser treatment and suggest possible disadvantages of it?
