Is High Fever Post Getting Pneumonia Vaccine Normal?
I recently had a pneumonia vaccine and got a high fever that evening, the fever went away the next day, but my arm, where they injected the vaccine developed redness and was about 3-4 inches wide, it eventually went away within a week. My problem is this. Ever since then my facial skin got very dry, my forehead skin was flaky like I had sunburns but I didn t. My usual skin care seems not working anymore and my facial skin always feel tight and dry. Is this anything got to do with that vaccine I had over a month ago? I m 64 years old and I normally have normal to partial skin.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pneumonia vaccination done then at the site of vaccination induration is likely to happen but it is reversible and care need to be taken for infection, other symptoms may not be due to that and it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
