In few people during the third trimester blood pressure gets elevated due to pregnancy which we called prenancy induced hypertension which needs to be given immediate attention to prevent complications like fits, excessive bleeding during delivery , sudden intrauterine deatg of baby and risky to mother also hence blood pressure needs to be controlled. It is safe to be admitted to the hospital for observation as there will be help all the time and in few cases where the blood pressure cannot be controlled with fits emergency delivery need to be done for the safety of both the mother and baby.
