Hello ,
A small fraction of patients who had eclampsia continue to remain hypertensive even after termination of pregnancy . A close monitoring of the blood pressure reading and sos medication for the same is the way forward. Also avoid future pregnancy it was severe eclampsia, as recurrence is high .
