Is Heavy Sound From Ear A Temporal Bone Damage?

Dear Sir, Coming heavy sound in my left ear since april 2014 I am taking medicine through Dr.Mr.Sunil Agarwal ENT Paras Hospital but till date no any recovery,This ear already surgery in last year.So,please advice me.doctor advice me for HRCT TEMPORELE BONE. Regards Ramesh Agarwal Mobile No.0000

Heavy sound or any sound in ears doesn't suggest damage in temporal bone. Ur doctor wants a HR CT temporal to see any kind of nerve damage which can produce these sounds. So relax and do the HR CT and show it to your doctor.
