Is Heavy Breathing Sounding Like Snoring After Smoking Hookah Serious Problem?

Hi, yes everytime I get home after smoking hookah I breath very heavily sometimes may sound like im snoring. I m 20 and have recently started smoking these last two months. My friends have even noticed that I breath heavily. I m wondering if this is of concern?

Hi,

Yes, this is a cause for concern because if you continue to smoke, the damage to your lungs may become irreversible and then, even stopping smoking will not be able to completely heal you. Since you have noticed that you are having breathing problems, stop smoking immediately and see if the problem recurs or not. If it does, then you should see a doctor and get some tests done.
