Hi Dear, Welcome to HCM. Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blockage of eustachian tube in ears and yes headache and muffled ear normal after a eustachian tube drainage. Well there can be many reasons for eustachian tube dysfunction like upper respiratory tract infection, ear infection and post nasal drip. I would suggest you to take medication Vozet as that is an antiallergic medication and take antibiotic along with this. Take steam twice a day to relieve the congestion. Do warm saline gargles. Apply dry hot compresses to external ear. Consult ENT specialist again to rule out causes like ear infection . Doctor may prescribe mucolytic agent , decongestant and antibiotics .
