Is Headache A Sign Of Possible Concussion?

My son fell off his skateboard and hit his head last night. He didn t tell me until later but he now has a slight headache, his ears hurt and it hurts to open his jaw to eat. Does he need to go to the ER. Are these signs of a possible concussion? He doesn t even remember falling but did say things went dark for a minute.

HI
Well come to HCM
This may not be sign of concussion, but if there is history of head injury then ideally CT head is advisable, if this turns unremarkable then no need to worry about this and condition could be due to sinusitis, age of patient is missing here, else better advise could have been given, take care have a nice day.
