Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that your four year old is having headache following closure of ASD. This headache is not related to ASD.
Headache needs to be evaluated and treated accordingly. The common causes for headache are sinusitis, refractive error.....

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
