Is Hard Module On Clavicle And Thyroid Nodules Connected?

My daughter age 37 has had thyroid nodules ( needle biopsies 3 years ago benign). She has trouble swallowing ( food seems to get stuck in her throat. Now she has a hard module on her clavicle about the halfway point between her neck and shoulder. Could they be connected . And happy Thanksgiving

swelling in that area could be a lymph node enlarged .
this is clinical examination first and FNAC or a biopsy is needed based on suspicion.
pharynx and larynx should be examined by an ent surgeon first
