Is Handwashing Ideation An Indication Of Neurological Problem?
can you tell me if handwashing ideation is an indication of failing neurologic health? My friend age 72 is having trouble searching for words in conversation and this morning she acted as if she were washing her hands. Her children live out of state and I feel they are neglecting her by not visiting and observing her behavior first-hand.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may not be due to neurological pathology but it could be due to hallucination and it is the functional condition some time it may be senile symptoms hope this information helps.
