Is Hair Transplant The Only Solution For Hair Loss?

Hi Doctor I m 34 Year, past 3 years i m suffering from hair loss, it means that my 75% of hair get loss in top and fore head,so i contacted Dr. Batra clinic, in 2010. Doctor told me that ur problem is having only on solution that is plantation. So i want to know that without this is any solution.

Hello,
Hair transplantation is a permanent solution to the baldness. If you have higher grade of hair loss (75%, as you say) with no follicles having activity, then hair transplantation becomes the treatment of choice. However one has to carefully rule out any hair growth potential by medications before doing a surgical procedure like hair transplantation. Presence or absence of active hair follicles in the areas of baldness must be checked before jumping to hair transplantation. For further details regarding hair transplantation I must see some photographs before making any conclusions.
