Is Hair Loss Due To Clexane?

Hi I m 27 year old fit and health personal trainer, i weigh 15 stone and I am active, I have something called thoracic outlet syndrome and have had numerous clots a few operations and a lot of day patient procedures, on my last op they have prescribed me with 160ml of clexane per days and it s been about a month now and my hair is becoming noticably thinner and I have a few bald patches, my hair is short as it is , I m a male I should add. Is this due to the clexane

dear patient. your hairfall is not due to clexane.
the most important causes of early hairfall are 1.family history 2.intake of supplements rich with testosterone and its other forms.3.stress and anxiety 4.nutritional deficiency.
I advice you to consult a dermatologist as unidentified scalp infection can also lead to hairfall.
