Is Growth Scan Related To Rh Factors?

Hi Drs,
I am in my 27+ week of pregnancy. I am Rh negative and my husband Rh positive, I should have a blood test antibodies to see if i need a rogham shot, and my doctor told me that i have to do a growth scan. I am wondering i did a lot scans, is this one important and related to the issue of rh-

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. You need to be monitored for Rh antibody titres in the body, if they are within normal limits then ultrasound is not mandatory. However, if titres are increased, then ultrasound needs to be done to detect the signs of fetal anemia, which is a complication of Rh isoimmunisation in mother.
