Is Green Stool A Reaction To Pinworm Infestation?

Hello, I am a little nervous about this. My stool was fine before this pinworm situation. Since this pinworm situation I have experience pressure in my abdomens and now green stool. I have have pinworms for 3 days now and l have and green stool for 1 day now. Is this green stool a reaction to this pinworm infestation?

Green stools are commonly due to meals rich in green vegetables.
