i have had dizziness for 3 months, at first it was extreme, couldnt leave home etc had all the bloods, ecg etc and g.p decided it was from a viral inner ear infection. after 1 month i visited a VRT specialist and while i have days that are good oi have a constant dizzyness, like a 1-2 out of 5 , somedays more. i could have a week of nothing then all of a sudden its back. does this sound normal, and at what point should i go back to g.p instead of persisting with VRT or should i just keep going with VRT ? It is making me anxious
