Is Going To A GP Or Doing VRT Better?

i have had dizziness for 3 months, at first it was extreme, couldnt leave home etc had all the bloods, ecg etc and g.p decided it was from a viral inner ear infection. after 1 month i visited a VRT specialist and while i have days that are good oi have a constant dizzyness, like a 1-2 out of 5 , somedays more. i could have a week of nothing then all of a sudden its back. does this sound normal, and at what point should i go back to g.p instead of persisting with VRT or should i just keep going with VRT ? It is making me anxious

Constant dizziness could be due to labyrinthitis, vestibular neuronitis, meniere disease, brain tumors, drugs causing ototoxicity.Initial treatment is with vestibular supressants followed by vestibular rehabilitation. As you seem to have improvement with vrt continue rehabilitation.Take drugs only when extreme dizziness occurs.
