Sir,My father is aged 63 years.10 days back he got giddiness there was no vomit or nausea. Now he says he is under fear that he may fall down during walk, and is lethargic, how ever he walks inside home.He has hypothyroidism and hypertension. We checked with Neurotologist. His ears are found normal. Then he was asked to go for an MRI of brain and inner ear. My father MRI report says diffuse cerebral atrophy, tortuous vertebral artery, inner ears are normal. What should i do next.
1)Are these symptoms associated with cerebral atrophy.
2)How many days it may take to recover?
Kindly advice sir.
