Hello Rehana!

Good to see your interest!...Well, fenugreek actually regulates menstrual problems and even powder of fenugreek can lower your blood sugar too! Anyways efficacy of the same in breast development is questionable. The best suggestions are taking know the pulp in the middle of tomatoes are known to increase your breast size! Another thing is bracing exercises. Repetitions with frequent rests are known to be effective in increasing the chest width. Another small tip is wear fittings that would prevent your breasts from sagging and look better...Good luck..

Thank you for the inquiry.

I don't think that Ghee is having such an action for breast development.

Generally protein diet is advisable.

There is no direct medicines for breast development.

There are ayurveda medicines and oils which you can use.

1.sathavarigulam 20gm twice daily after food

2.panchajeerakagudam lehyam 20gm twice daily after food

3.yuvathyadi thailam for massage over the breast
