Welcome to health care magic.
1.Its not appreciated to take a
CT scan at the time of ovulation with possibilities of
pregnancy. If you inform to technician they will take precautions for sure.
2.But if medical conditions pressurised and life saving purpose if needed one has to do.
3.Generally there is a abdominal cover / shelf used to cover your abdomen and pelvis if that area is not necessary to cover.
4.If they have taken that precaution of covering your abdomen / pelvis, and if you conceive and get all ante natal scan like NT and ANOMALY that will completely clear your doubt.
5.So get an urine pregnancy test, if confirmed pregnancy, get the needful tests and followup done. Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query.
