Dear
Thanks for contacting with your health concern and after reviewing your query I'm of the following opinion:
1. Since there is only increased frequency and no burning sensation, symptowise approach is:
. Think of diabetes, (check with blood sugar) and if it is ruled out, think of prostate enlargement or
tuberculosis of bladder ( since UTI is excluded)
2. One may consult an
Endocrinologist regarding
Diabetes Insipidus (where sugar is normal and urine output is more)
3. If after taking drugs there is no relief consult a Surgeon or
Urologist for per rectum
Cystoscopy and surgery.
4. Liver problem although is not directly related with increased frequency of urine, but may be due to any other going side by side in the patient,so requires a meticulous examination by a Specialist: ( Hepatologist) who after investigating LFT (liver function test) will start with management aspect
5. Till then:
. Take diet rich in protein
. Regular exercise
. Tablet Liv. 52: 2 thrice daily
. Panchassav: 20 ml before meals.
