Is Frequent Urination And 5-6 Bowel Movements Normal In A Child?

My son is 4 and a half months. His birth weight was 3.9kgs and now he is 8 kgs. He is on breastfeed only. He is, in general, active and has reported no illness till nw. He urinates every hour or so and passes stool 5-6 times a day. Please suggest if this is a healthy sign.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello. I just read through your question. I commend you for keeping up with the breastfeeding. Your son's urine and bowel patterns are normal. Even if they were to change to a different frequency, it would still be normal. As long as your son is comfortable while urinating and passing stool, there is no need for concern.
