Hi and welcome to HCM

Felfol contains both iron and folic acid, which are most essential nutrients for a pregnant women.
Even if you are not anaemic it is good to take iron supplements as it prevents anemia. This is called as prophylactic therapy.
In Most of the developed nations doctors won't prescribe iron supplements if pregnant women is not anemic. In India it is very common practice for doctors to prescribe iron supplements for non anaemic pregnant females as it prevents anemia and i think your doctor has done right thing.
You can continue these iron supplements and also what nutritious food. This tablet has no adverse effects on developing baby.
